TANGO AIRES does not sell or ship physical products through this website.
All purchases made on this platform relate exclusively to tickets, registrations, passes, workshops, competitions, festivals, milongas, shows, and other cultural events or experiences.
As no physical goods are shipped:
- No shipping fees apply.
- No shipping addresses are required.
- No physical delivery services are involved.
Upon successful purchase, participants will receive confirmation of their booking and access details for the selected event.
2. Delivery of tickets & registrations
All tickets, registrations, passes, and event confirmations are delivered electronically.
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your booking details
- Event information
- Access instructions
- Electronic tickets, QR codes, or registration confirmations, where applicable
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided during checkout is accurate.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent attendance at an event.

- Family emergencies
- Other exceptional circumstances beyond the participant’s reasonable control
Depending on the circumstances, TANGO AIRES may offer one of the following solutions:
- A full refund
- A partial refund
- A transfer to another event, workshop, festival package, or activity
- Event credit that may be applied toward a future event organized by TANGO AIRES
Approval of any refund, transfer, or credit request is at the sole discretion of TANGO AIRES.
Supporting documentation may be required, including but not limited to:
- Medical certificates
- Airline or transportation cancellation confirmations
- Official travel restriction notices
- Other relevant evidence
Requests submitted without sufficient supporting documentation may be declined.
4. Non-returnable purchases
Unless otherwise stated, tickets purchased for shows, performances, milongas, workshops, competitions, and other scheduled events are non-refundable once the event has taken place.
Requests for refunds submitted on the day of the event or after the event has started may not be eligible for reimbursement.

If an event is cancelled by TANGO AIRES, participants may be offered one of the following options:

TANGO AIRES shall not be responsible for reimbursing travel, accommodation, visa, meals, or any other expenses incurred by participants.
